Shipping Policy/Information
Once your order is received for processing, it usually takes a few days to go through the system before shipping actually begins-- office processing, warehouse processing. Shipping in Canada is from the warehouse is in Richmond, BC. In the USA, shipping is from the warehouse in Blaine, Washington. Depending on your location in either Canada or the USA, the time element from the warehouse to your door can be from 1 day to 7 or 10 days. This shipping period will vary due to a number of variables. The shipping is done by ground courier in Both Canada and the USA. Products can not be shipped by air. They MUST go surface. There is only 1 shipping fee structure. That is, in Canada or USA, minimum per order is $4.95 and then 5% of full retail cost of order.

My Background
My name is Alex Fraser of Courtenay, BC Canada fromerly of Lancaster, Ontario. I am and have been an official independent Bitron distributor of these excellent effective fuel efficiency+ products since November 1998 when I joined under NATO, the original manufacturer of the Bitron Products. Then in about 2000 under Teamglobe, then in 2001 under DDR and finally in late November 2002 under Dick Simmonds and his Team, now headquartered in Richmond, BC. I have not been disappointed in any way by my involvement since. These Fuel Efficiency+ products, The Revolutionary " Next Generation " Lubrication Technology metal treatment that coats the metal of the crankcase, fuel system, transmission, differential, power steering with a oily film, as a result this petroleum based product will not allow any crap to stick to the metal. Thus you end up with a daily tune up, easier starting, better performance, smoother running, bettter mileage, less wear, tear, maintenance, more horsepower, cutting down harmful emissions by up to 95%,
I have been using these excellent products in my 1997 Red GMC 1500 Sierra 1/2 ton pick up truck since I bought the truck in June 1999 with mileage of 37,551km. As of Dec 31/05 the mileage is just over 175,000kms. My truck is rated at 23 mpg on the highway and 17mpg in town. I have varied from about 10 to 50% return above these rates. My high was 35.5 mpg that is a return of over 46%. My average return is between 20 to 22% over 136,000kms. I have had nothing but excellent results and in those 6 years. This does not mean I had perfect high result from each tank of gas I purchased, I didn't but on the whole I did. I have had all sorts of loads and driving conditions, except driving in heavy snow storms.
